Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro. We can
also accept Postal orders or cheques from within the UK. We will not process
your card until the goods are ready for dispatch. All payments are in UK Pounds.

We will send you an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. All goods will normally be dispatched within three working days of receiving the order. For non-stock items, the delivery time will be within 21 days. Where delivery cannot be undertaken within 21 days, we will contact you and give an anticipated delivery date. This may apply to items that have to be imported.
Due to the increasing cost of sending books through the post we have had to increase our rates accordingly, our first increase in the last 2 years. Cassettes and CD's are still postage free to the UK and all our prices are still at least 10% off the normal retail price.
Rates for postage, packing & handling are set out for the United Kingdom, Europe and the Rest of the World. Should you have any special delivery requirements then please contact us when you place your order.

All products sold by us are on a firm-sale basis. We do not provide facilities for sale or return, or for customers to peruse items before deciding to buy.
If a publisher increases a price between our receiving your order and dispatch to you, we will notify you and give you the option of cancelling the order.
All books are paperback unless otherwise stated. Hardback books will have the word HARDBACK in the description.
We can only accept returns of faulty or damaged goods. Before returning any item you must obtain a returns number by contacting us by phone, fax or e-mail with details of the faulty or damaged item. We will replace the faulty item where possible, or refund the amount involved. Postage for the return of a faulty or damaged item will be refunded.
Items returned without obtaining a returns number cannot be
accepted for replacement or refund
